Waitlist privacy notice.

Who we are

XLNC AI is a product in development, created, founded and engineered by Jude Anthony Martis, who decides how the waitlist is used.

What we collect

The email address you enter, and your role. If you choose to give them, your name, your school and city, which parts of XLNC AI interest you, and whether your school would like to be considered for the first pilot.

We also keep the time you agreed, the version of this notice you agreed to, and which page of this site you joined from, with the short label in the link if it had one (for example “linkedin”), so we know which posts reach people. We use no analytics or tracking, and set no cookies of our own. Our web host may set one security cookie to keep automated traffic out; it is not used to identify you. To stop automated spam, the form briefly keeps a scrambled, one-way version of your connection address for up to an hour. It is never saved with your entry.

Why we collect it

To write to you about XLNC AI’s launch and early access, and to learn which parts matter most to people. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.

Our basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can take it back whenever you like.

Who can see it

Only the person named above. It is stored on the web hosting account that serves this site, outside the public folders.

How long we keep it

Until you remove yourself, or until XLNC AI launches and you have had the chance to tell us whether to keep you on its list. We have not set a fixed number of days, and will not keep it indefinitely.

Your choices

You can update your details by joining again with the same email, and you can remove yourself completely from the remove page. Removing deletes your whole entry.

Children

The waitlist is for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or a teacher to sign up instead.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the version date at the top and ask again before using your details for something new.
