For students
A tutor that asks what you think first.
Spark helps with your schoolwork, in text or by voice. It starts with your thinking, then explains the way you choose.
What it solves
What changes.
- Problem: Stuck on homework with no one to ask. With XLNC AI: Ask Spark in text or by voice. It works from your school’s own books.
- Problem: An explanation that never clicks. With XLNC AI: Choose how: smaller steps, a picture with Show me, or read aloud.
- Problem: No idea what to practise next. With XLNC AI: Your practice list fills from feedback your teacher has approved.
- Problem: Studying that feels flat. With XLNC AI: Short practice sets end with a reward, and the look grows up with your grade.
- Problem: A hard moment in the middle of homework. With XLNC AI: Take a pause: a few fixed choices, a short kind reply, and nothing saved about you.
How a question goes
Five small steps.
- 1
Ask
Type it, or say it out loud.
- 2
Try first
Spark asks for your thinking before it explains anything.
- 3
Choose
Smaller steps, a picture, or read aloud. You pick, and you can switch.
- 4
Practise
A short set on the same idea, with a reward when you finish.
- 5
Your list
Anything your teacher flags and approves lands on your practice list, ready when you are.
Try it the Spark way
Which is bigger: 3/4 or 2/3?
A sample of how Spark answers, not the real app.
Spark asks first: what do you think? Pick one.
I think 3/4
Good guess. Now check it: what would make the two easier to compare?
I think 2/3
Worth checking. What would make the two easier to compare?
Show a hint
Make the bottoms the same. 3/4 is the same as 9/12, and 2/3 is the same as 8/12.
Show the answer
3/4 is bigger, because 9 twelfths is more than 8 twelfths.
House rules
What it always does, and never does.

Questions
Asked often, answered plainly.
Does Spark just do my homework?
No. It is built to ask for your thinking first, then help you get there, so the understanding stays yours.
Can I talk to it instead of typing?
Yes. Spark works by voice as well as text, and text is always there if you would rather type.
What if an explanation does not make sense?
Pick another way: smaller steps, a picture with Show me, or read aloud. Switch whenever you like.
Which subjects does it cover?
Spark works from your school’s own books, so it covers what your school adds. We plan to start with one subject in one grade and widen from there.
What is Take a pause?
A private button for when you are stuck, low on confidence, or cannot get started. You choose from a few fixed options and get a short, kind reply. Nothing about it is saved. It is not counselling: if you need a person, talk to a trusted adult.
Will it feel too young for me?
The look grows with your grade band, which you choose when you sign up: young, focused or older.
